We mistakenly sent money to this business as it had a similar name to a payee and we have repeated reach out to request a refund to be met with silence and no response from multiple people within the organisation.

Worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. They are unorganised, do not take care of the tenants and bully their tenants. Do yourself a favour and avoid any interactions with them.

This agency is relatively good. While they’re easy going and on top of getting repairs done, they’re extremely disorganised have no idea which property is which and the staff turn over is crazy, we had 4 different property managers in 5 years. We often had to find emails and information to give to the property manager that was lost or not documented! As the owner of an investment apartment in Richmond, I recently changed property management from one of Australia's biggest agencies to Prime Property Partners Australia (PPPA).
