Wow I guess I should of came to the reviews before bothering Briana for an appointment. In her response to my request, she didn't thanked me for expressing interest but right away went to "do you meet the requirements and if I view the video" Granted she probably has to filtered all these potential tenants but com'on, I am not trying to waste mine or their time. She never responded so please take your business elsewhere.
I worked with their Sacramento office/group. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. My experience with this group as a property owner was by far one of the worst. Extremely poor communication and lack of accountability. I would not recommend their services based on my recent experiences. I am sure the admin will post a response to reach out at their email which I think will be a waste of their time.
UNPROFESSIONAL LAZY MANAGEMENT. I CALLED TO REPORT SQUATTERS NEXT DOOR DOG BARKiNG ALL NIGHT IM IN FEAR OF MY SAFETY/NEIGHBORS SAFETY.. i WAS TOLD TO CALL THE POLICE. WhICH I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES ALREADY. I TDLD THE MANAGER THEY NEED TO CALL SHERRIFS AND FILE AN OPEN COMPLAINT this was advice from Sherriff. SEAN SAID IM THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM SO I NEED TO CALL.THE CITY AND HUNG UP.
I am beyond upset and frustrated that the property I chose to rent is managed by this group. Micelia is the girl assigned to the property I am renting. She takes days to respond to a simple text instead of communicating something simple as, “oh our system was down so I could not email you the lease agreement”. The apartment was not cleaned upon move-in even though she stated it would be. I even pushed my move-in date back so to make sure things were completed. Worst experience by far.
