We appreciate Lucy, love the office, staff is great, maintenance gets there quick. We were happy to see the amenities and it is the perfect space for our small family. Lots of light in our unit, washer and dryer and for the price WOW. it's not a congested property, it is clean and I feel the parking is more than adequate. We plan on buying through them in the future. Thank you!
We just signed our third year lease with Prime Property Management. We love the quiet neighborhood we live in. Lucy and Dan are always quick to resolve any general questions or issues. Storm damage was repaired promptly, as we have had some rough weather lately. I highly recommend their business to anyone looking for a place to lease or rent to own. They've always been a pleasure to work with.
It's affordable, it's peaceful, my Dane loves it here and all my neighbors are good people.

Lucy has been amazing. She us, 2 adults 2 kids, out of a terrible 1 bedroom situation and into a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer and propped bathtub and kitchen. Thank you for everything you are doing.
