I moved in mid July and have had nothing but problems with this rental company. I would never recommend anyone signing a lease with them and after talking to the other tenants in the building it seems like everyone who rents from them has major issues that do not get resolved in a timely manner. I am currently locked out of my apartment due to some maintenance I have been requesting for weeks. Ive rented from them a long time their good people .
We appreciate Lucy, love the office, staff is great, maintenance gets there quick. We were happy to see the amenities and it is the perfect space for our small family. Lots of light in our unit, washer and dryer and for the price WOW. it's not a congested property, it is clean and I feel the parking is more than adequate. We plan on buying through them in the future. Thank you!
