Stay far away from Prime Property Management. I'm a currently studying at Texas State taking summer courses, same for my roommates. We know that the property needs to be shown, but have a busy schedule just like everyone else in the world, so there needs to be a notice to remove the dog and make sure everything is squared away. Prime Property Management has been great to work with as an owner/investor. Together with our HOA Board PPM has certainly improved the valve of my investment. Manager, Jennifer Gonzales, is very knowable and a delight to work with.
If I could put a negative number of stars I would. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such unprofessional, unethical, scandalous, and disgusting people in all my history of renting. Never did a walk through with me. They kept my deposit and charged me more. Never showed me proof of their so called charges. And now had the nerve to turn me into a collection agency. The nightmare doesn't end with these people!
