Very unhappy interacting with this company. I was told I had lost out on an apartment because someone had applied for the apartment before viewing it while I was explicitly told I had to view the apartment before I applied. So while I viewed it first, I did not get it because they had arbitrarily changed their own rules. The tenant also viewed the apartment outside of their normal hours so they could view it on the same day as me.
