I work mostly with buyers. Because buyers have various needs I'm a member of three Boards of Realtors. I work with buyers from Fernandina Beach in the north to Nocatee and St Augustine and Palm Coast and even Ormond Beach. Education is very important to me. In addition to 14 NAR Designations and Certifications I've attended a Harvard Law School program on Negotiation and two MIT Real Estate Executive classes.
