Prime property was horrible and disrespectful charge you extra on your rent if you was 5 minutes late on the 5. If your money order was dated for the 5 why charge a late fee if it wasn't in by 10 am it's still dated for the 5. I accumulated a bill of $1,500 by the time of moving all because of 1 late fee kept adding interest that I didn't know about.
I had live at pecan creek, if u wanna live with rats, black mold, insects, leaking pipes, things not getting fix.. move to pecan creek.. the manager Greg is rude and doesn't care.. life was miserable at that place. Lots of drug dealing goes on there. Car break-ins. U call to do a work order for something..guess what it will never be fix. Nice area but overall horrible. Plz for you're health sake.. stay away.
