Stephanie was knowledgeable of all the areas she showed us homes in. I really wanted a certain area or so I thought but she asked me to be open minded and let her show me homes in another location, still close to where we wanted to be. I'm so glad I listened to her. She picked out some homes for us to see and little did we know our forever home was among that first batch. We still looked the next day but went back to the one we couldn't stop thinking about. Stephanie Nelson did a fabulous job representing and marketing my mother's home. I was wowed by the aerial photography of the golf course and lot. The property received multiple offers and sold in 5 days at full price. This was particularly important to me because it was an estate sale and I live in Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Stephanie Nelson at Prime Properties! She was extremely knowledgeable of Fort Bend County and listened to all our needs, wants, and pricing desires. We spent a long time looking for just the right house and she was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She helped make purchasing our first home together as a couple an enjoyable experience and even memorable. We love our home and are thankful we had such a great agent on our side!
