I absolutely love Prime Pool Service!!! I have been a pool owner for four years now, and went through my fair share of pool companies before I found Prime Pool Service & I wouldn’t dream of changing companies now. I went with this company because they had very good reviews, but my experience was disappointing. Two main things stood out: First, a few months ago, they sent me a full chemical reading, but my backyard camera showed the technician never actually performed the test. Second, and the dealbreaker for me, I recently noticed the pump was running incredibly slow with the pressure at ~0 PSI. Prime pool service has been amazing! I will admit that our pool is not an easy one. It is surrounded by trees, which causes a lot of pollen in the spring and fall. They make it look like an easy task and have it back to crystal clear in no time. They are also very timely on repairs when needed!
Our pool is serviced by Tyler each week and he has done an amazing job keeping our pool looking sparkly clean. We are so happy with his service and attention to detail. Thanks Tyler!
Graham from Prime Pool Service was prompt, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and was a huge help in getting our lights fixed and our pool equipment running again in an expeditious manner! I would recommend him anytime to anyone!!
