Graham from Prime Pool Service was prompt, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and was a huge help in getting our lights fixed and our pool equipment running again in an expeditious manner! I would recommend him anytime to anyone!!

Absolutely Love Prime Pool Service! They returned my call promptly and came out to give me a quote right away. They show up on time and do an amazing job at keeping my pool beautiful and safe. I love coming home to my clean pool on the day they come to do my service.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They diagnosed my pool issue and told me the part would be ordered, but more than 10 days passed without a single proactive update. Every time I called, I was told “tomorrow,” yet nothing ever changed. Prime does a great job with our pool service. We had a bad chlorine lock and they got us on a plan and water has been clear all summer. Service has been great and we don’t have to stress about cleaning or adding chemicals every week or everytime we want to get it.
