Wouldn’t call anyone else. We had some maintenance and warranty issues with our pool. Graham from prime pool service communicated efficiently, and was able to tackle our pool problems for us. These folks would definitely be the ones to call if you’re in need. Would highly recommend.

Cody and Graham from Prime Pools have been servicing my saltwater pool for the last 7 years, and they’ve always kept it in excellent working condition. They’re incredibly responsive and quick to come out whenever there’s an issue. I highly recommend Prime Pools! :)

I was very impressed with Prime Pool Service and their quick turn around in making me an appointment to take care of my pool issue. My pool was not priming and taking in a lot of air in the return piping. Kudos to Graham who was the techncian who was sent to assess the problem. He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was a defective skimmer door that was not opening to allow water to pass. Absolutely Love Prime Pool Service! They returned my call promptly and came out to give me a quote right away. They show up on time and do an amazing job at keeping my pool beautiful and safe. I love coming home to my clean pool on the day they come to do my service.

We had Them clean out our DE filter. They were very timely and thorough. Gave us a couple tips on how to use it better in the future. Also made some recommendations about the rest of our equipment that was spot on with what other people had said. Will definitely use again, probably sign them up for monthly service.
