I had an appointment this morning at 9am at Floreat - which was confirmed via email yesterday (Prime Podiatry operate out of another health business here). As it was my first time I arrived a little early and completed the new patient forms. Not only did the podiatrist fail to show the receptionist was unable to make contact either with the podiatrist or with Prime Podiatry office. Really poor service and now I'm leaving still in pain and without an appointment as the next available Saturday apt is in 2 weeks!
Paul did an excellent job fixing my aching feet. He is gentle and kind and knows his job well. He has maintained a clean space and practices very good infection control procedures. Thanks Paul for a job well done.
Having been to many podiatrists over the years - both for myself and my elderly father - Paul Pappas is by far the best I have ever come across. Brilliant caring and friendly manner and his knowledge of podiatry is excellent. Knows exactly what he is doing and listens to the patient. Open minded and respectful (very important with the elderly). I won’t take my dad anywhere else now I have discovered Paul. Thank you Paul!
