I needed an extra garage door opener even though my current one works great. I called a local company in Clairton, and they answered all my questions. I went in and bought a new opener. We scheduled a time for a technician to come out and connect the new opener to my garage door since I couldn't do it myself. Overcharged us be cautious. Also picture on website is of the Jefferson AMA Building. Technican said there was no office since COVID. Out of state plates on technician truck. No business card. No written quote till I asked for one. Garage door was stuck open so we agreed because of needing repair right away. I called and asked for manager to review. No return call. Shady business. Beware.
I found Prime Plus Doors & Gates online while searching for garage door panels. I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else! I got a set from them at a great price, much less than replacing the whole garage door. Levi helped me out and was very friendly and knew a lot about garage doors. I will definitely return if I need anything else for my garage doors.
Excellent service! I had a garage door hinge break unexpectedly, which was quite a surprise. I searched online and found Prime Plus Doors & Gates, then gave them a call. It was late, but Levi returned my call in under 5 minutes and scheduled me for the next morning. The technician arrived right on time, and he was professional, polite, and thorough.
