I had a main line stoppage that caused flooding to my home. Prime came out, quickly addressed the issue and stopped more damage from occurring. I recommended to my neighbor who also used them and had a great experience.
Water heater was replaced by Prime Plumbing in February and on the night of May 31 around 9pm, the water heater was making a loud sound. I emailed and called Prime Plumbing since they are 24 hours and my water heater was replaced by them. I called and left messages of the sounds it was making and pretty much begged for them to call me back since I've never experienced this type of issue before and also considering my water heater uses natural gas, it was concerning to me. Service is horrible they replaced my water heater didn’t make sure I had hot water through ahs and didn’t replace my leaking pipes and refuse to do so
Very rude customer service, the lady blamed me because we have a more expensive garbage disposal and it’s taking them about 14 days to get the garbage disposal to us. It took us almost a week just to get booked, the guy came out and said it will be another seven days and now they’re saying it’s gonna be another seven days. The customer service agent did not apologize, she tried to blame me because we have a better system that they don’t carry in stock.
We live in Baltimore MD. THIS IS A SLEEZY COMPANY that preys on the elderly. Prime Plumbing went to my 88 yr old Mom’s home and noticed three elderly sick residents plus rd o early teens. Falsely diagnosed an underground rotted pipe. Told her to have tub and sink busted up although alleged problem was nowhere near tub. I refused bc it did not make sense. Took a week for them to give me an appointment to install a hot water heater replacement. Then they were a no call no show. Finally AFTER scheduled appointment window had expired, I called only to be told "they had an internal scheduling error, and my appointment is for tomorrow, same time". I checked my email confirmation and it clearly showed TODAY, not tomorrow! Very poor communication! I hope their work is better than their Customer Service!
DO NOT USE PRIME PLUMBING!!! they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 5 weeks ago they came to the house to fix the disposal and said I needed a new one. We were remodeling our kitchen so they told me to call them when it was finished so they could install the disposal. When I called to set up the installation, they said they had to order the disposal and it would be 5-10 days before it arrived (why didn’t they already order it knowing it was going to be installed?).
