Evan was courteous and professional. He inspected the plumbing in my new, but previously occupied home and addressed all my concerns. He gave me a very fair quote and respected my time and needs. He replaced a lot of valves and pipes that were rusted. After he was done, he cleaned up. I would bot hesitate to use Evan and Prime Plumbing again.

For those of you that have not tried Prime Plumbing, do so. True professionals and kind employees who listen and offer sound advice. They do what they say and are on time. Clean professional work (Thanks, Manny). From the initial call Thanks, Terri) to the plumber himself (Manny).

Zach called to say he was on his way, we'll inside the time window. He described everything that he would be doing and went over the itemized bill before any work was started. He was efficient with his work and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know he was there. When he was finishing up he discovered a problem (with the faucet) he patiently worked on fixing it and left when everything was 100%. I will definitely request Zach at Prime Plumbing for any other work I need. Prime is lucky he is with them.
