We have a place in The Villages, FL. We came in for Thanksgiving and discovered the first night we didn’t have hot water. We were able to get online at about 10:30pm and schedule a service call for the next morning. We received a confirmation that someone would contact us in the morning. Their technician Tarrance called us and met us the next morning. We received a text with his number and picture so we knew who was coming. He was very courteous and professional.
