Originally I would have rated Prime Place with 4 stars, as they have generally really good prices and previously were very helpful and kind. However, about two years ago I noticed a stark decline in their customer service. Communications have been scrambled and needs for accommodations as a result of my partner's disability have been ignored multiple times. Prime Place MHK has been great! The resident portal is easy to navigate and maintenance is timely with all requests. They have a lot of amenities that are great for a college student! Overall, good pricing compared to other apartments.
