They say they have no record of me living there, which is a lie. I lived off the Claflin apartments.
Honestly, I was originally prepared to give a higher review at first. Prime Place (Collegiate Villas) is a fine value for the size of the apartments although the walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear your neighbors' conversation and TV 24/7. There is no security deposit, only a $200 junk fee for "move-out cleaning" which cuts your losses early since no landlord in this area will ever give you a deposit back in full, regardless of how clean you left the unit. The amenities are great for the price! Huge rooms and our own bathrooms is the way to go when you have 3 roommates. Love living in the studio apartments.
