One of my most favorite gyms of all time! Ben & Robbie are passionate about what they do, and treat their clients as family. Started working w/ Robbie about 9 mos. ago. In my 50’s and starting over…Robbie had to design my training specifically to fit my needs. Not only has he 100% helped me regain strength & stability…I’ve transformed my body & regained confidence in myself.
I love to work out; it's a part of my lifestyle. I prefer a smaller gym environment that offers the benefits of readily available equipment—no waiting around—along with a solid workout program and knowledgeable coaches (Robbie & Ben) who can help with my form and progress. This is small business at its best and I am going to enjoy being a part of this boutique gym growing into something really special. So far so good being on third or fourth week. I chose this gym for a number of reasons after shopping around. Some gyms focus on cardio or HIIT while others may focus just on weight lifting. I have been with prime for a year and a half I love that everyone its very helpful and friendly always positive and supportive i have noticed a big change on ma strength and more than anything its the perfect place for me to let all my stress out in the work out other wise i will be crazy already 🤭
