Great workout every time
I came to Prime Performance & Wellness a year and a half ago. It’s been an amazing journey! Since reaching menopause I’ve struggled to maintain my ideal weight and gain muscle. The result of my body scan comparison from day one to one year later was a loss of 19 lbs, loss of 3.4% body fat and increase of 3% lean mass. If you are looking for a good place to work out this is the place the location its perfect!! The environment and the coaches are the best, very helpful and positive, if it wasn’t for attending I would be crazy 😅
One of my most favorite gyms of all time! Ben & Robbie are passionate about what they do, and treat their clients as family. Started working w/ Robbie about 9 mos. ago. In my 50’s and starting over…Robbie had to design my training specifically to fit my needs. Not only has he 100% helped me regain strength & stability…I’ve transformed my body & regained confidence in myself.
