Over the past few years, I have experienced a few technical issues with my colonic device. Each time I called, their team was friendly and expertly walked me through the entire troubleshooting process, saving me from having to send the device back to Vancouver. She is so sweet and helpful. It's not often that when you get a live person they are so accommodating and sweet.
