Can’t say enough about the ladies in the Chesapeake office! They always keep us laughing and my girl relaxed while she’s in. They always keep us informed on what the next step is. They have made her second phase of ortho so much more enjoyable than the first!
I love and look forward to every visit with the wonderful prime family at eden way location in Chesapeake. The whole team really brightens up your smile they ROCK!!! I mean we love the REAL LOVE THEM DOWN!
The orthodontist basically made the assumption my son, husband, and I were not following the necessary steps at home for his braces journey. I felt completely disgusted and embarrassed. We’ve also had issues with my son not tolerating the process very well at some stages and when we call, we are told there’s not much that they can do. Our journey here started off okay, except for the long wait times in the beginning, but we’ve become very disenchanted with the office and some of its employees. Will not recommend anymore.
I have to say what an amazing transformation of my son's teeth. My son had a cross bite and his teeth were not lined up properly and Prime Dr. Anasthasia did an amazing job! I would also like to add that the doctor and her staff all have amazing bedside manner, they were patient with my son and explained the process to him as well to get him comfortable with what they were going to do next which was huge. I highly recommend them should your child need and ortho care, they are patient and they do amazing work! Thank you again... read more
Just because one has dental insurance doesn’t mean that appointments should be booked especially when there are baby teeth still and they knew it
