Appointment was made after a teeth extraction months ago for this location, date and time. Showed up to said appointment to be told that we never had an appointment on the books and that they don’t even have them in the Chesapeake office on Monday’s or Tuesday’s. Called the Virginia Beach location and the receptionist seemed annoyed and put out that we were trying to get a new appointment. We didn’t just make this day or time up in our heads. It was put into our phones calendars at time we were told it was made for.

I appreciated the prompt, courteous, personal attention to my daughter’s care. All of my questions were answered intently and I genuinely felt appreciated as a patient.

My daughter Miracle has been coming here for a while and I absolutely love everyone in this place from the staff in the front to the once in the back, they have made us feel like family since the first day. They educated us well from the beginning and continues to do so, my daughter is comfortable communicating on her own, her journey is going well amd can't wait to start my son's with them as well. They are also good with appointments 🥰 Sn: we live out of the way and still drive there, that's how much we love them
