Makes you pay a whole month of rent for May but won’t let you stay the whole month. Moved in and the house was not clean. On top of that there were mice in the house, had to deal with a homeless man constantly hanging around the house and the landlord had no regard for the tenants safety. Do better. Won’t rent again.
