This place is a perfect metaphor of social media influencer culture- made to look nice but it’s all superficial and there is no actual substance. The prices suggest a nice upscale restaurant experience, but the actual operations are about as low budget as you can get. I got my appetizer, but they ran out of clean dishes so they had to bring me plastic utensils. It took an excessive amount of time to get drinks and I was sitting at the bar. Great food and the manager took great care while I waited for my to-go. I was able to listen to great music, and all of the staff were very friendly!!!
Worst Service I Had in Atlanta Easily the worst service I experienced during my two weeks in Atlanta. I started the night ordering $60 shots, so I clearly wasn’t coming in looking for a cheap experience. I expected the service and hospitality to match the prices. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. I ordered a steak and watched multiple people who arrived and ordered after me receive their food before I did. The food was subpar - not seasoned. The service was slow - very slow. It took a hour to get food but I was in party of 20. It was just not a good experience. I was told staff was sent home was the reason for the poor service. I probably wouldn't come back.
