The older lady who has tended to my needs most times Ive had to visit Prime is very qualified and also down to earth. Funny, even.
Doctor said my injuries were old,and happend 7/24/2025 even was taken to the emergency room and didn't wanna hear nothing i had to say, diagnosis was what she wanted to put on paper . No clue to what she was doing
Slowest service in the history of medicine. Took me 1B out 15 minutes just to check in. On 8 people in front of me. Seating area was empty at that time. I’m still waiting to be seen as it’s been over 1.5 hours, I asked and two people are still ahead of me. No sense of urgency here.
Very quick, and the nurse took great care of me.
