I'm very grateful for the care we received at Prime. We got medical exams done for the family there just before hurricane Laura, but due to the damage to their facility we needed to redo the exams. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and compassionate every time I'd call with a question and every time we'd visit for our reports/tests.
If i could give it less than one star i would. One of the worst buissness i have ever visited. I spent well over 2 hours waiting to get an exam, the staff was very unhelpful, and useless. When you ask someone a question they all look at each other like deer in headlights. I will never come back here, there are much better places out there that have a nice helpfull freindly staff, that looks and acts like they care. Hunter McGuire is the only place i will go anymore, even buissness health is better than these idiots.
Slower than molasses in the dead of winter.
Doctor was rude and has no knowledge,i had a condition when i was child (no anymore)and he put me on limitationts messing up my hiring process when i not longer having this conditions(based on my history) ,went back there to talk to him anf nothing,just recieving more actitude for no reason
