What a great experience! The office staff were friendly and checked me in quickly. I only had to wait in the waiting room about 10 minutes for someone to bring me back to see Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was thorough, professional, and willing to dig deeper to get some answers to my questions. The time with him was not rushed at all. Today was my first visit with Dr. Patel. It was so refreshing to have a genuinely compassionate Doctor evaluate me, as a patient with many downstream complications related to Lyme Disease. Dr. Patel went through my recent bloodwork, as well as my recent cervical spine CT scans to make sure my issues were genuinely neurological before proceeding to the next steps. Dr.Patel is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. He is treating my mother as well navigate the behavior changes that come with dementia. His assistant is an excellent asset to his practice, she is very attentive, efficient and smart.
