I am so disappointed to come here to do my nails! I wanted to experience the best but here the work is not good and the way they work is rough! and they discriminate against me! I do my hands and feet often but their service is not comfortable for me
The best nail salon in the area 100%! I’ve been going here since 2019 and won’t go anywhere else. Laura and Tracy are the best!!! Highly recommend
Quite possibly the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve had my nails done by quite a few people here, including Tracy and Laura. Everyone here is so sweet! I see Laura every two weeks, without fail and it’s like reuniting with a best friend each time. Any issues (which there are very rarely… they’re that good!) are solved quickly, efficiently and fairly based on what is not only good for you aesthetic wise, but for the health and safety of your nails. Absolutely terrible. Her worker, Tracy, will cut the sides of your nails. I got tips and she left a good portion of my nail beds off. Her other worker broke my friend’s nail and when she told the manager nicely, the manager, Laura, responded with an attitude. I also got my pedicure and my whole feet is scraping. Better off finding another nails place.
I’ve been going to Laura at Prime Nails for years and have always supported her, even recommending friends and family who became regulars. But at my recent visit, I left feeling unheard as a customer. I felt pressure to get extensions on all nails, but compromised on just my thumb because the edge had a little breakage, even though I specifically said I didn’t want extensions, so I gave in — as I have with other things in the past.
