I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Prime Nail Spa. I had a confirmed appointment with Ms. Kim at 6:00 p.m. and signed in at 5:56 p.m. When I arrived, she had another customer in her chair and directed me to check Facebook Messenger. I then saw that she had sent me a message at 5:19 p.m. asking me to come back the following day because she was “very busy.” I did not see the message before arriving because not everyone constantly checks social media or has Messenger notifications turned on. went for a pedicure. clean, great service. huge comfortable chairs, and complimentary wine!
Had an amazing time, just moved here and this was exactly the service I was hoping to find
