I used to love this location when it first opened but now I no longer love it. My recent experience was not the best. My acrylic nail set broke a week after getting them done. The remaining nails are lifting as well. I had a feeling the nails would break because the nail tech rushed my nails. After 2 years of coming to prime nails, I will be looking for a new salon. Update: I called the salon to rectify the issue and the owner, spoke over me, interrupted me , and she didn’t try to see my perspective on things as the customer... read more
