These five-star reviews are all fake. Alberto, the sales manager, lacks integrity. The car was listed at one price, but when you decide to finalize it, it is 5k more than the original price. This is also due to my cash offer because they would not make money on the financing. The 5k included their processing fee of $1495, a loan jack that they say is already on the car that I didn't ask for of $1695, plus 'reconditioning' of the car of over $1600. Worst experience ever had at a dealership and there committing Bait and Switch fraud stay away. They had me sign contract put insurance on the car and took my down payment and I was driving. Then couple weeks I called about tags they asked me to come sign some paperwork, when I get there they had me waiting from 4:30 to 6:50 until someone finally told me they keeping the car and I needed a co signer and they trying to keep my down payment
Purchased a vehicle. In the FIRST MONTH: The check engine light came on, the oil pressure light came on, the driver's side rear window fell down into the door (I couldn't put the window up or down), a mechanic found cracks in the manifold - they need to be replaced, oil dipstick was rusted and jammed into the side of the engine block (there was no way to check the oil since the dipstick couldn't even get into where the oil was located), the air conditioning went out (they charged it just enough for me to think it was functio... read more
