With another big name bank, I was having a copious amount of issues trying to get a dependent account for my child. Prime meridian was awesome in getting the account setup. Patrick Baker was an excellent banker and had great customer service. Overall, solid experience
Just once, it would be wonderful if a bank could offer exemplary service above and beyond what is offered, especially when all that was needed was a short phone call. We had an issue with fraud by a vendor with whom we contracted. Neither of the PM representatives we spoke with were helpful or even empathetic. We were continually reminded of timelines for reporting within the service agreement.
