RecommendedI have had many scans here at Prime Medical Imaging. Every time I have been there, the staff is very accommodating and nice. I can’t recommend them more. If I could, I would go here every time I need a scan.
They were very caring as to my needs as I was in a great deal of pain and they went to exceptional lenghts to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be thank you so much
After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment for my dad's CT scan, (that had been approved by insurance)....NOTHING!!! After continous calls for 2 weeks....still NOTHING! They kept telling us it had not been authorized. When Mercy and Humana said it was authorized to Prime. After 3 hours on the phone to straighten this mess out yesterday, I finally got it taken care of, and reassigned to Mercy. He will be having his scan done in the morning at Mercy. The cost of services here are about a tenth of any hospital in the area. Your dr will get a digital report the same day and if you request one they will give you a cd of your images to take to your dr. Make sure to tell your dr you want all your images done here or they will schedule you at the facility they are associated with at a much higher cost to you.
I found the staff to be very professional. My procedure was explained to me thoroughly and I was helped through it. Results were sent to my doctor super fast. Great experience.
The staff here are super friendly and fast! It sucks that I have to wait until Monday for my Dr. To get back with me about my results, but I would rather everything be done thoroughly. I highly recommend this place!! �
