My husband really likes Dr Schlotterback. Great dr. Unfortunately, his billing and administrative staff is not as good. Every time we need to pay a bill, figure out insurance, need any type of call back we do not receive the call. I’ve left voicemails and waited on hold half a dozen times over a span of 2-3 months to pay a bill and still will not get a call back. Super frustrating and may be a reason we switch Dr’s offices if something doesn’t change.
