Crooks. This feels like a 2 person company. Initially never received invoices or receipts for payments. After being with company for over 2 years and discontinuing service they requested the outdated medical alert with original packaging. I wasn’t informed this before shipping the device back, but found out after they received device back. They charged $25 for white packaging. 🤨 Who keeps packaging after several years? I got this for my mom, the assurance of knowing help is there when she needs it, the lady Joy who helped me was more and beyond helpful and I highly recommend Prime Medical
I have just recently purchased this for my dad, I definitely feel a lot better leaving him alone knowing that he’s safe. And the lady Joy Was very helpful and got me what I need right away. Very polite and good company.
Very quick shipping; it came within two days. Also, incredibly easy to set up and when we called to test it, it was nice speaking to an actual person rather than an automated voice. The whole thing was quick and easy, I would definitely recommend it.
