I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Prime Medic in Cleveland, TX. My family and I have been patients of their doctors for many years. Since my mother's move to Cleveland, I have been bringing her to Prime Medic, and the care has been superb. Mary Casebolt has been my mother's doctor, and she is loved for her kindness and dedication to patient care. Our experiences at this office have always been positive, with no issues whatsoever.
Mary is Professional and caring. Really listens and works with you for your health.
I have been seeing Mary for a while now and she was great at the beginning I was even recommending her to everyone but now to be looked down on and spoke to like a child by someone who is almost the same age as me will not happen love the front desk people and the nurses but because of Mary I am finding another doctor oo and not to mention you have to wait an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen by her
This is not an urgent care. They are called Urgent Care in name and for established patients only. Just FYI =)
