The staff is extremely polite, kind and caring. Andy Gold P.A. is professional, great bedside and he takes the time needed with the utmost care and concern to help you optimize your best health, him and the staff have helped to save life by getting me back on the right track of good health. I live an hour away and I would drive even further if needed for the kind of personal care I've received from Prime Medic. They are the best!
Had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! Staff was super nice and the doctor had such great bedside manners. Rare to find that these days. Definitely recommend.
Called at 4:19 PM to see if I could be seen as a new patient. The office manager answered and was so polite; she was able to get me seen via telehealth within 10 minutes! Doc Andy called me at 4:31 PM and sent prescriptions to the pharmacy that will be ready by 6 PM! When you're sick, fast and convenient is ideal! Totally recommend this place!
We love Dr Cherlo! He has been my PCP for years, and our entire family has seen him. My oldest daughter requests him every time we can. We have been seen by several of their providers over ther years and they all make you feel like you're important. If you are looking for a medical provider who cares for you beyond a RX or a transfer request this is the place to go.
Worst urgent care ever! We sat in an empty waiting room for 45 minutes. Don't call yourself urgent care if you have zero sense of urgency.
