I had the very best treatment I could have ask for. Very professional and caring. I was a walk in as I was very sick and I was seen very prompt. I could not be more pleased.
This place is a poor excuse for a doctors office I take my 74 year old mother and she has to see three of the doctors just to get her medicine and they make appointment's for doctors they know are not there. I feel like this place is just ripping off medicaid.
Well, I thought that everyone was very helpful and professional. I took my 74 year old mother in for a checkup while she was with us for Christmas. We were seen promptly as walk-ins. Due to the report, my mother's primary care physician wanted to follow-up so we flew her home early. We requested that Prime-Med send (fax/email) all records and films to her primary twice (including the use of a signed authorization for the release of her medical records). 1st and last visit ! Had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Got there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Waited 2 hours and still no doctor. I decided to leave . They wanted me to reschedule and I didn't. I paid my co-pay as requested before my appointment and they wouldn't refund my money. So still a few weeks later, every week I'm getting calls reminding me of a new appointment that i never scheduled. This clinic reminds me of one you would see in a bad part of town. I was on vacation in the area and got sick. I called their office and got in in about an hour. Staff was friendly. Doctor Roberts was very through and explained treatment plan in plain English. Outstanding!
They charged me $40 for drug test. Made me think that would be my full cost of the lab work. But I got a $2100 bill from the lab because my insurance rejected the claim because Prime Med sent the test to an out of network lab. The doctor was ok but the front office and billing people are not professional nor helpful when it came to dealing with this. Thankfully my insurance is dealing with them to have this resolved. Only 1 Dr, they make to many appointment For the same time, wait time 2hr, not worth your time
If I could give 0 starts I would Why do people make Dr appointments? My Nana's (she is 74 and I would like to get her home b4 it gets to hot out) appointment was 8:30 now it's 9:40 and still have not even been called back.
