Worst service , had terrible experience , came to my home behaved kind of we owed him something , showed very bad attitude and refused to fix the issue !!! Never apply them for any kind of service , you will not be satisfied , belive me 👎

This company and its employees are a joke. They came and didn't look at the HVAC unit at all. They saw a Nest and said "we don't work with Nest" and so they can't look at the HVAC unit if it's a Nest issue. They say they don't work with Nests but somehow know it's a Nest issue. I have two separate Nests for the same condo and they are swapped, they both work fine in the hallway but the one in the bedroom will cause both Nests to display "No Power." HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS??? Honestly, I have no clue. Terrible service - i had to call them everyday, despite everyday being told they would call me. They could not fix the issue immediately, but never called back about returning. And throughout the experience, every person i spoke to was a almost impressive combination of rude and incompetent. The sooner people avoid them, the sooner we will all be seemingly put out of our misery.
