Never returned my security deposit. Have tried to contact multiple times over the years to get my deposit back as I moved across the country. Now I have to go through the court system to get my deposit back. Had to break my lease early due to the terrible conditions of the apartment and lack of repairs from the company.
Prime Management owns a unit in our condo association. They have a 5 people family living in small one bedroom unit violating Massachusetts sanitary norms. They consistently pay late their monthly condo fee and owe us tons of late payment fees. We are going to take a legal action against them.
