Former tenant here - What a terrible experience for both me and my former landlord. The contracting team is a bunch of hacks. Kevin is the most unprofessional general contractor around and honestly an a**h***. See attached pictures for how my house was left when his crew left for the day (at 1 pm) - Steer clear of these guys as both a tenant and property owner - my landlord was overcharged and blatantly taken advantage of.
