I actually give Prime Management a zero star rating. The communication with residents about existing problems is nearly non existing. The Association board at Penny Layne, which Prime Management works with, continually abuses its authoritative power which the Board feels they hold over the residents while Prime Management sits by idly and quietly. I live in Saratoga for over 20+ years and the management of this community has gotten worse every year Its ridiculous The keep raising the fees with no better amenities Now for the 3 rd summer we are battling lifeguards Cmon do something different Maybe reach out to the community and see if there are certified lifeguards within the community it’s ridiculous that we should have to go all summer long without being able to use our pool it’s unacceptable
