No quality control careless responses Avoid this company
Chinese hardware - beware!! Aluminum screws furnished for attaching security hardware. Not only does the phillips head strip when attaching hardware, unless you drill complete holes for the longer screws, they will strip making removal almost impossible. This is a great example of the Chinese giving the US consumer the finger. When I called the company they seemed little interested in solving the problem. If you buy their hardware include the cost of some American screws for proper fitment. Or, buy American.
Window latches cost more than 8 bucks a piece at lowes. We wanted to replace white locks with black to match new paint job. First attempt to lock the handle popped right off. Attempts to reinstall revealed how poor quality is. Literally breaking into pieces. Total junk. Shameful lack of quality

This company doesn't pay their vendors, and then ignores phone calls and emails when trying to get payment. i would avoid doing business with them.
