We booked with Prime Limo & Car Service for my daughter’s 13th birthday! She is officially a teenager now 😭💕 and they made the night so fun for the kids. We had transportation from Skateland to Klyde Warren Park and then back home for parent pickup, and everything went smoothly the entire night. The party bus was clean, nice, and the kids absolutely loved the lights and music. They were taking pictures, laughing, dancing, and just having a good time the whole ride. My driver, Marquita was professional, patient, on time,... read more
Matthew was the driver for my birthday ride, and he was the best I could ask for. He was so professional and patient even when we had location problems (even not making us pay for overtime which was amazing) and took fantastic photos. If you’re able to pick any host, I would absolutely pick Matthew every time. Thanks once again Matthew, I had a complete blast!!
We booked Primo Limo & Car Service for a World Cup match. I was attending the match with my 17 year old niece who was recovering from surgery and in a full leg brace. Alan was so mindful of making sure she was comfortable and went to extra lengths to get us to the closest entrance/exit for her ease. He encouraged us to visit a mobility assistance tent to help with her exit back to the car. He was extremely helpful, and very fun to spend time with in traffic. We felt very safe and we were very happy we booked this service ahe... read more

It was raining the day of the event, but our driver, Adonis, was exceptional. He chose the best route, drove carefully, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, which meant so much for such a special night. I highly recommend Prime Limo, and if possible, I would definitely request Adonis again—he truly made th... read more
I ordered a limo from Prime Limo for my daughter's senior prom and it was a fantastic experience. From the initial quote, to processing the contract, to the day of the event, all went smoothly and I was very pleased. I rented a large, Cadillac Escalade because we had a large party of about 18 kids. They LOVED IT! It was so clean, and well maintained, and Michael was so attentive and professional. He was patient and kind. The kids loved showing up to different locations in the limo, especially prom. The Prime Limo staff and M... read more
