This was our inaugural experience with Prime, and the end to end experience was exceptional! The booking process, both on-line and speaking with their agents was seamless and professional! After our flights were unexpectedly cancelled for my daughter’s birthday, Prime Limo truly saved the day! They worked with us on a last-minute booking, answered all of our questions with patience, and arranged the perfect ride to surprise my daughter. This was our first time using this service. We flew out of DFW to Fort Myers. I had looked at reviews and costs. This one didn’t gouge you and provided professional service.
