My PGWP application was refused by IRCC in October, and I submitted a reconsideration request, but it didn’t work and I was still waiting after two and a half months. Then I contacted Prabhjot Sir and filed a Judicial Review. Within just two weeks, my case was moved to settlement instead of a hearing, and within 2–3 days after that, I received my PGWP approval.
