Based on our neighbour's good experience and recommendation with her kitchen reno, we hired Victor and his team to do our bathroom reno. Victor came really well prepared for our initial assessment and has been extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I went to the store to inquire about having a kitchen cabinet made. The owner, Victor, gave me a code for the order. I told him I would think about it, and he asked for a deposit of $250. He assured me that if I changed my mind, he would return the deposit. I went ahead and paid the money. Afterward, I visited another store that offered much better prices. Shopped around extensively to try and find a kitchen cabinet supplier to build our dream kitchen. We should have saved ourselves some time and gone with the first store we walked into.......Prime! Victor was a unbelievable to work with. Very knowledgeable of the whole process as well as the fine details of the products he is selling. We love our new kitchen!!! We opened up a wall and removed the 1980’s kitchen and it’s been such a transformation. Victor helped us design our kitchen layout and allowed us to bounce ideas off of him and connected us up with the right trades and suppliers to get extra materials. Highly recommend Prime!
