Your front staff needs to be more welcoming and helpful. I just came into your facility at Town Center for the first time with the full intention to get a treatment today as some reviews are favorable. I was not greeted upon entry, I had to ask to front desk clerk how HE was doing. He seemed very reluctant to give me any information beyond what was in front of me. Super friendly and helpful staff, great experience
Easy to book. I asked for the first time special online. They offered add ons. The egg chairs were very nice but were told going forward only members get to used them. The first time special was $99 and the add ons were $17.50 and a curtesy usually $30 ea. They provided socks for the massage chair. The only problem I had was that they IV insertion was painful they said it shouldn’t hurt. I didn’t realize until i got home I had bruising. I get blood drawn all the time and I’ve never bruised like that.
