They have the worse customer Service! Regardless of it being a membership service your health is involved they should be considerate of their patients needs and wants. Abigail the owner serviced me on my last visit. I directly asked for the smallest needle to be used. She's said sure I can see what I have. She stated I normally use a 22 and it's fine. Amazing experience with Prime IV Hydration & Wellness and Taylor. In the desert, staying hydrated is key, and this really made a difference. Taylor was professional and made everything easy. I felt refreshed, rehydrated, and noticeably better after my session. Highly recommend.
