I’ve been to a handful of these hydration wellness spots. I was pleasantly surprised by the total experience, from the intake process being quick but thorough and a stepping stone to setting up a long lasting treatment plan that’s affordable! While I got treated they got me hooked up with a blanket, some oxygen, and a total body massage chair! Top tier stuff. Something that’s never happened after I’ve visited one of these places, they called and checked on me and my needs the very next morning!! That’s customer service.
I love self care! It's super clean, smells amazing and the flavored cold water is delicious !!! They are professional and very nice. Take time to disconnect and take care of yourself!

Wow! I don't know why I waited so long to try this place out. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, the atmosphere was relaxing! I am grateful for all of the nutrients, vitamins and liquid that I was able to get back into my body. I will definitely be back.
I come here a few times a month, they are very helpful, knowledgeable and always remember what fluids I need. If I want to switch things up, they always have an answer on what I need. Highly recommend. Liz is the best!
