This place is disappointing; I felt humiliated by the male nurse who was working today, September 16th. I had recommended the place to an acquaintance, and there was an issue involving her, but I am a separate individual from her. I had paid for my four months without any problems, yet the guy told me I owed for six months—even though I’ve only known the place for four months. I am not a person who thinks that IVs are universally helpful, but if you’re getting one I strongly recommend getting it here! The membership price is very reasonable for Chicago, I think about $100 per IV. The massage chairs in the membership area are the best I’ve ever sat in—they work out kinks that have only been resolved by human hands before! I would say it’s a 20-30$ experience for the chair alone! The nurses are always wonderful and are able to find my dusty veins. They give you oxygen and a blanket if you like! IVs ... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Mary as well as the very kind front desk person! Dealing with chronic illness, I can be very nervous about IV's having lost access in one arm from badly done IV's in a hospital setting, and I communicated my apprehension as well as the fact that I sometimes faint from IV placement. Everyone was so kind and calm, making sure I was very comfortable and checking in with me every step of the way. Brought my mom, who has had cancer and is immunocompromised, to get some hydration and immune support. Sheryl was a literal angel. She treated my mom was such care and dignity. She even let my dad get a massage in the massage chair! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. As someone who has seen medical professionals lack patience with older folks, I am so grateful to have had this experience and will likely return for myself.
