DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The owner who’s always there doesn’t know how to apply an IV. Went there two times, the first time I got poked like 6-7 times without success. She said it was due to a bad day. Went back today and got poked two times without success and very numbed arms due to poking in the nerves. How is it that someone with an IV business doesn’t know how to apply an IV?????
* update: I was graciously offered a complimentary IV today based on what happened and had great experience. I had a 2pm appt today. I had this confirmed in text and had the email confirmation for my appt with a PA. I filled out all of the paperwork in advance. Showed up just before 2pm and the doors were locked, lights out. I called and text and waited until 2:12 and no one ever answered or opened the door. Lovely facility, easy process and Amy is a wonderful provider.
I had such a wonderful first-time experience today! From the moment I arrived, Amy made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is not only incredibly kind but also highly knowledgeable, explaining everything with care and answering all my questions. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!
