Hello, I’ve worked out in some fashion my entire life. Fitness and Good Health are priorities in my life. I’ve known about PIT Conshohocken for years but i was reluctant to try it as I thought there would be certain exercises that would add yet another sports injury to my resume. Well, I was completely incorrect. These workout allow you to go at your pace and to modify any exercise that you cannot do or choose not to do. This does not cut back on the intensity of the class. I’ve done it all — from traditional gyms like LA Fitness and Philly Sports Clubs to boutique spots like SoulCycle — but The Pit (Prime Intensity Training) is on another level. I am addicted to PIT - the welcoming people, the energy of the place itself and the trainers (Matt, Ashley, Kevin, Alex, Eric & Paulie D) who truly encourage and mo... read more

I highly recommend PIT. All you have to do is show up and you are guaranteed to get fit. I also like how each class will workout the entire body. If you are looking for an easy workout, look elsewhere. PIT is tough, but that is exactly what's needed to get into great shape.
