The membership, the community, and the effort are real. People care. They push you, support you, and hold you accountable. Matt is the most down-to-earth, authentic gym owner I know. I love the atmosphere and the workout I get here. With HIIT training, I get a full body strength workout, cardio, and abs all in a one hour class. People ask me - what do you do to workout, I say I go to PIT once a week and play soccer once a week. I'm in my mid-40's and people tell me they think I'm in my mid-30's. I've been coming here for years and I love it.

Been coming here for over 4 years for personal training and workout classes and have been really happy with the results. Went from going once a week at the start to going 3-4x a week now, highly recommend.

If you are looking for strength training, increased mobility, or improved conditioning PIT is the gym for you. They offer classes in multiple formats throughout the week which offers flexibility around work schedules. Hands down the best gym environment and workouts I’ve ever experienced.
