This is horrible insurance company for carrier, high premium, lie about coverage tickets drivers, require collateral and doesn’t give you clear finance statement. They need to investigate by government for their business practices totally is money suckers and rip you off. Fake advertising from their EIB its affiliates broker said cover all kind of bad driver but when claim have been filed and they denied the claim. Rip you off and high premium. I don’t recommend prime insurance at all take your business to somewhere else.
I called your company after 60 days and was told I was owed a balance and I ask why didn't someone called me or emailed me and I was told by the rude lady in your billing dept is not her responsibility to call me. Can you look into this matter of why I can't get the money that is due to me and why your employees are so rude and disrespectful?

I have terrible experience of this company , the worst people I ever have a deal with, they don’t have no knowledge of good customer service !!! Especially David Brown Who I have unfortunately work with , almost 2 months keep trying to resolve my situation he never answers the phone, all the time I called customer service trying to get in touch with him and he is all the time and vacation it’s like why he even work there !!! This company it’s a terrible disaster a night mare to have deal with !!!
