Terrible. A 9 yr old kid who couldn't speak English Put me on the phone with a lady that told me my reservation was cancelled. I tried calling because Expedia couldn't get in touch with them for a refund and the kid with no English tells me no manager. Couldn't even talk to anyone. No reason no explanation just told me they could not do the reservation. Had to book another hotel and haven't gotten refund yet. 0 stars

False advertisement pool isn't open hasn't been opened since COVID and will not be opened ever again. Management barged in on my fiancee and I more than once when getting dressed. So I feel that alone should get Us a free month or two. My fiancee has been accused of being a criminal in more ways than one which he isn't. He's done nothing but help out the whole time we've been here, and at no coast. That should get Us another month or two free. Plus a few other things that get under my skin.

Motel room was dirty. And a lot of the people whom stayed there looked homeless. The owner was not accommodating to my requests at all when I went to speak to her at the front counter. She was rude, then shut the door in my face and walked away. Rio Grande is also in a ghetto part of NJ. We only booked it because we couldn't afford to stay in Cape May (our intended destination).
