The customer service is extremely disappointing. Lety called me yesterday to request my insurance information and said she would call me back, but she never did. When I called today, I was given a different number to reach her. After calling that number and asking for Lety, she confirmed it was her. I explained that she had spoken with me the day before about checking my insurance co-pay and never followed up. She placed me on hold, and then the call was abruptly disconnected.
