Bought Toyota Highlander in March Richard said he sent title after 21 days then 2 weeks later he said it must have gotten lost in the mail. Richard said it would take 2 months to receive lost title so I waited 2 months then called him he said he has it and will mail it wait 3 weeks and no title come to find out he never had the title. He sold me a car and never had the title to begin with. We bought our car sight unseen on the internet. Car was described very accurately. Richard, the proprietor, was a very nice, honest, and helpful guy. Great service during and after the sale. Most pleasant transaction. BTW, we love the car !!!
Personable sales contact that was able to work with me on shipping. I was nervous making a purchase out of state but everything worked out. This should go without saying but plan for additional time if you are shipping the car - hard to do when you are excited to get your new wheels.
Although quick to sell, don't let the Land Rovers and other vehicles sitting out front fool you. It's still a used car dealership in all aspects.
We have purchased many vehicles from Rick at Prime Imports (previously Elite) for more than ten years. He's always been so good to us as well as the many friends we've referred to him. He's very honest and upfront about all the good, bad and the ugly associated with any vehicle we've ever sought for purchase and he's always been able to somehow find us exactly the cars we seek.
